There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

"Doing business with Cottingham-Chalk has quite literally been a ‘Joye.’ After a month of preparation, ‘staging’ and market research, our home in Providence Plantation was under contract in only 10 days on the market – for 98% of the asking price. This experience was very different from the effort the previous year to sell it ourselves, and we are extremely pleased. Some of the factors which we believe led to this success are:

1. Excellent advice in how to market the house. Joye has great competitive knowledge of this neighborhood and area, and did careful research on other homes competing with ours. The right pricing led to quick sale at high value.

2. The time spent preparing the house for the market was well worth while, and Joye's suggestions and feedback on "staging" the house to photograph and show well were excellent.
